SHIPPING

We’ve chosen to grow differently. ZONDR is built in small runs —  to stay intentional. We don’t believe in excess. We believe in creating what matters, and creating it well.

We produce our items locally and in small batches. You can expect a maximum delivery and the maximum production time (depending on your location) of 14 business days.

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock of an item. If so, your item will be canceled and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We do our very best to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days (excluding holidays). Your package will be sent within five working days if the item is in stock.
